Ballerina

Ballerina is an early ripening , firm cooking and very tasty consumption potato.The oval shaped and yellow tubers have a very smooth and nice skin , suitable for washing.Ballerina is not susceptible to bruising and can be stored very well because of its long dormancy.The variety was the Potato of the year in Thuringen , Germany in 2012 .
